This past week was a tougher one to concentrate on food intake. THREE children's birthday's and a family night of Italian. The BREAD....OMG, the bread was fantastic. But, I ran extra on this week and it paid off. When I weighed myself I thought "UGH...I didn't loose any this week," only to realize I wasn't 170 last week, but 174. So I DID loose 4 lbs.! YEAH!!!!! So a little off the wagon was not too bad.

Had a back slide of poor eating habits on Saturday (small fries and some onion rings). But overall the 1st week went very well.

When I'm focused, I succeed...then I tend to veer from this healthier lifestyle and fall back into my rut. I've done weight watchers before and think that is the most realistic as it allows you to eat whatever you want....portion control
