Although I am on the road to better health, I have decided to also begin to be nicer to myself. My mental health is important. I need to believe I am worth getting fit and I deserve this just like any one else. I deserve to be healthy. I can be my own worst enemy. That enemy will be defeated and I will come out on top!

I find myself being down about many areas in my life, and I have discovered that it stems from my not being happy with myself and my weight. My self-esteem has been so low, that it's non-existent. Yesterday and today, I have eaten extremely healthy and exercised. Today I will thrive on those accomplishments.
