cauliflower pizza crust
Hi Francine,
Its very easy, just watch this 10 minute You Tube video: -
“Eric Berg - The Healthiest Pizza in the World”
or go to the following URL:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8Gtk067h5Y&t=6s
You will find it very filling, super tasty and the good news is it won’t make you fat.
Instead of making a 12 inch pizza try making 3 or 4 smaller ones.
I have never tried re heating them. I just eat the lot.

Low carb, low fat and low sodium
Your endocrinologist knows his stuff and is in tune with the latest research. There are five components to cholesterol. High cholesterol is good, it is what removes the dangerous stuff from your circulatory system. Even LDL cholesterol is good. What is dangerous is the "Small Dense LDL cholesterol" component.
Until recently it could only be measured by what is known as a particle cholesterol test, not available on the NHS. However it is now known that there is a direct correlation between SDLDL and triglycerides. If your triglycerides are between 1.0 and 1.5mmols then there is no need to worry or to be on statins.
Unfortunately most GPs buy into the research that is, (USA) 30 years out of date and in the (UK) 20 to 10 years out of date. Contrary to popular belief eating high fat is not dangerous.

Low Carb Bread?
Doobrie, you little life saver thank you.
My wife and I have been on a low carb high fat diet for around three weeks now and getting good results, but were both craving bread. We tried making it, but haven't yet succeeded. Morrison's for me tomorrow, because they are the closest, but if they don't have it I will go to every Waitrose store until I get some. I will certainly be nosing around your recipes for other tips. Thanks once again.
