I've lost weight before and every time I decide to "do it on my own" it goes wrong. One of my lifelong goals is to be a flight nurse. I need to lose weight, get healthy and strong, eat better, and exercise for myself. I want to be fit and feel great. I currently work in a small ER that is busy!
In my free time I like to cook, listen to music, and spend time with my husband and kids.
