Last 60 hour week for a while. Today is not easy, by any means. I'm crying and struggling to stay afloat. This has taught me my limit, not that it can't be changed, but this is it. I'm done. Glad I only have 3 days next week!! Say a prayer I can survive without crying in a patient room 🫤

Day 50!! Half way to my 100 day challenge goal. Have been staying on track for the most part. Skipped strength training twice due to illness, but still exercised and got 8k+ steps. Still tracking food and hitting macro goals. Vacay coming up in less than 2 weeks, so not sure how that will go. Will definitely get in lots of walking (15k-20k steps per day), but will also eat lots of food. Working on balance. Thinking of a five pound loss goal for the next 50 days, but I'd be happy to maintain while on vacay for 25 days!! Alas, good things come to those who are consistent and work hard. Make today great! 🌸
