Day 50!! Half way to my 100 day challenge goal. Have been staying on track for the most part. Skipped strength training twice due to illness, but still exercised and got 8k+ steps. Still tracking food and hitting macro goals. Vacay coming up in less than 2 weeks, so not sure how that will go. Will definitely get in lots of walking (15k-20k steps per day), but will also eat lots of food. Working on balance. Thinking of a five pound loss goal for the next 50 days, but I'd be happy to maintain while on vacay for 25 days!! Alas, good things come to those who are consistent and work hard. Make today great! 🌸

Day 50!! Think I'm on the upswing of this crud! Feeling better so far this morning! Thankful!! Strength training tonight, whoop whoop! Make today the best you can!

Day 49, still mostly on track, but kinda sidelined by sickness. Left work early yesterday cause I felt so bad. Rested today and praying I can make it through the 60 hours at work this week!! Last week of stupid, crazy hours before vacay! 8 shifts stand between me and 25 days off!!!!! Weight is down, but it's due to being sick 😔

Day 46. Pretty sure I caught the yuck going around at work... Gonna drink lots of tea today and try to take it easy at work (haha). Early to bed tonight! Have a great day!

Labs were all great, with the exception of my fasting glucose. A1C is 5.2 and fasting glucose was 123. Doctor wasn't concerned as long as my A1C was good. Just gonna keep doing what I'm doing and pray things stay good! Thanks for the good thoughts!! 💗
