This morning is very cold here in Alabama, about 33 degrees. I reached for a pair of pants that I wasn't able to wear last winter, and what do you know? They are almost too big. What a boost!!! I've been afraid to get on the scales lately, because I haven't followed my eating plan as closely as I should have. However, I have changed my eating habits significantly enough to make a difference, i.e. cut portion sizes, drinking lots of water, cut out soft drinks, and I'm eating low-fat foods. Hopefully when I get on the scale again, I will see a weight loss too. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I have been so stressed lately. I've eaten ice cream, ice cream, ice cream. I now know that stress actully does cause me to eat more than normal. Today, I've done better. I've tried to be conscience of what I've put in my mouth. I only had veggies for lunch, and I'll probably eat a lean cuisine for dinner. I'm not as stressed today as I was yesterday, and I feel more in control than yesterday. This is the second week that I haven't been to exercise class, which is probably why I'm feeling so stressed. Next week, back to exercise. Next week, back to exercise. NEXT WEEK, BACK TO EXERCISE!!!
