I wanted something different for breakfast this morning from my usual raisin toast and a banana.
So I am having peanut butter toast and vanilla yogurt.

Still steady at 117kg.
I'm still having raisin toast for breakfast.
Max is still taking me on my walks. He is taking me up and down hills at the moment. That is killing me a little bit. But it's worth it.

Almost didn't go on our second walk for the day. It was raining for a bit while I was getting dinner organized.
Dinner was homemade chicken schnitzel, crinkle cut chips and a simple salad.
Took Max for his walk after dinner. Got back just in time before another downpour.

Max has me walking twice a day now. Roughly 30 minutes each time.
If it wasn't for him, I think I would still be stuck at 119kg
I started on the 21st May. Some days I even tracked when I vacuumed, mopped and put away shopping.
Tues 21st - 4,322 steps
Wed 22nd - 2,646 steps
Thurs 23rd - 2,358 steps
Fri 24th - 7,025 steps (putting away groceries)
Sat 25th - 3,248 steps
Sun 26th - 7,998 steps (vacuum, mopping)
Mon 27th - 6,431 steps (other grocery shopping)
Tues 28th - 3,435 steps
I think I'm doing well. I know I will get better.
