This morning I weighed in I have now lost a little over 10 lbs in 7 days. My partner Paul has lost 10, our friend Emily has lost 6. We're on day 7 now. Yesterday we did 70 minutes cardio, today I'm goaling for another 70.

I'm using Fat Secret's Calorie Counter on my Droid. I'm on day 6 of my program with my partner and our friend. I've lost 7.5 lbs in those 6 days. Sticking to a low fat, low carb, no sat fat, 1200 calorie diet. I'm vigilant at in taking more water to hydrate and am doing 60 minutes of high paced cardio workout each day with a goal of 90 minutes each day starting January 15.
