I have joined a good group to help keep me on track. A new trick to help me drink my water, is to put 6 rubber bands around my water bottle. Throughout the day as I drink my water I remove a rubber band after each empty bottle. The goal is to remove all 6 rubber bands by the end of the day. I thought I drank a lot of water, this little trick has really helped me while at work & home I can keep a better track of my on the go water intake.
