Hello! I'm excited to be a part of FS! I've had many up's and down's regarding my weight and I'm mentally in a much better place. I believe the trick is to keep things simple and manageable. I have over complicated things in the past and I think that has tripped me up.
I try to eat as plant-based as possible (but I'm still a meat eater) and work out - yoga, walking, and running are the two main stays for me but there are various other activities that creep in too.
Anyway, I'm pretty private in my real life circles regarding dieting, and I really wanted to find a community where I could talk about this - so here I am!
