Got in a wreck on January 22nd and broke my right femur and left arm. been in the hospital 5 days and rehab ever since. I am now more determined than ever to drop weight because I am relying on everyone to assist me. Currently learning to walk again. It's not been an easy road

tempeh bacon, lettuce and tomato on homemade white bread and a banana. Kinda a brunch considering its after noon, but I slept in until 10 this morning
