down three lbs :) very excited! gym later today of course, which will make 6 days in a row at the gym.
i've had a bad day food-wise. i can't believe i ate what i did... & the way it made my body feel afterwards was definitely NOT worth it. but you know what? that's okay, because i'm going to eat better today, & tomorrow & the next day, etc. in one of my favorite books, You: On A Diet, Dr. Oz says something to the effect of: "You haven't failed when you have one fry, or one cookie, or one hunk of cheese. It's when you give up completely & eat the entire block of cheese, or the whole plate of cookies, or all the fries, that you give up." that's not word for word, but it's how i feel.
anyways, i did go to the gym again, & i'm going to be giving blood on the 30th! i have a huuuge fear of needles, so i'm very nervous, but i'm not going to back out.

i managed to shave off about 50 calories today :) also, 4 days in a row i have been to the gym! i'm hoping that my hard work will show at my first weigh-in. fingers crossed, ahaha!

so i've been eating around 1600. i'm wondering if i should try to shave off 100 calories, & bulk up on veggies & fruits instead? hmm.
anyways, three days in a row at the gym. here's to hoping i keep this up :D

fresh start. here i am again. :) i have a shiny new gym membership, a fridge with yummy healthy vegan foods, & i'm ready to lose!
