I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I travel for work and I am out of town half of the month. Therefore, I tend to eat at restaurants quite often.

My secret is to watch the DVD "The Secret"
I discovered "
The Secret" DVD
a couple of months ago and if you have not seen it, you need to see it. It is success about life, weath, health done in a "Di Vinci Code" sort of way.
Their website is:
www.thesecret.tv
It was #1 selling DVD on amazon. #2 was Casino Royale. Currently is #4 best selling. It was on Oprah, CNN, Breakfast TV, and I'm sure a bunch of other places.

Kellogg's All-Bran Guardian Cereal in Phase 2?
Hello South Beach Dieters out there,
Question: In the book it says in Phase 2 you can reintroduce Cereal like:
1) Fiber One
2) Kellog's Extra-Fiber All Bran
3) Oatmeal (not instant)
4) other high fiber
5) Uncle Sam
Does Kellog's All Bran Guardian maple brown sugar flavor with psyllium count? After reading the label, it doesn't look that great:
28 g of Carb, 6 gr of Fiber (good), but 10 gr of sugar, 12g of starch.
Is the Kellog's Extr-Fiber All Bran also have similar content?
