Haven't been logging on here, the days just got too busy. I've got to get back on track. But eating hasn't been out of control, so it's more just a matter of trying to keep everything recorded better.

Okay, so here's the news. Hubby's birthay celebration(s) is/are over. He's back to work, leftovers are gone. Hopefully everything can get back on track.
Meanwhile, I've got to find some way to get some exercise in the picture, but it's so hard to keep everything in my schedule that I want there. Fun, fun, fun.

Yesterday was hubby's birthday. I planned ahead, picked food that was low in points for dinner (Chinese, and with shrimp as the main meat, and nothing fried). When the food got here, I set aside reasonable portions for leftovers... then I went ahead and ate everything, including all the leftovers. I ate so much that I was in pain the rest of the night and had to go to bed early.
Bad, bad me.
But, in a way, I guess it's a valuable lesson... I had forgotten just how uncomfortable overeating could be, while hunger is frequent enough to remind me not to undereat. Today is a new day... on we go.
