I'm still mainly doing the, "eat carefully but don't track your points" thing. It seems to be working okay. I think I'll need to track my points if I find myself eating more point-filled foods, but with it being as hot as it's been, I've been pounding the salads every chance I get.

I didn't track points at all this week, took a week off. Instead, I watched what I ate and tried to make decent choices without depriving myself.
It actually seems to have worked out fairly well.

Another munchie weekend, but not so bad this time. At least it didn't effect me negatively this time. (My husband re-discovered Taco Bell on Friday, and I just couldn't say no.)
