Weight loss
I have lost almost 6 in 11 days. I am happy but I was kind of wander what the normal weight loss is for the 1st 2 weeks? I know what the books say but I was wanting real input...

I seem to be hungry later in the evening. Any suggestions for a quick snack? I ate olives last night but I really don't want that to be a habit.
