Day 2
At work all day so very structured and no picking x x
now I'm home I've had dinner and I now need to keep away from the Kitchen x x Allowing myself a creamy coffee later but that's it x x

I have started again today!! This will be my fourth start in a year x As always I start with great commitment and intentions and I always backslide.
I've got to ask myself what is so different this time? The answer doesn't come to mind, it doesn't present itself with a ping, all I can do is try my best and work hard at it x x

I have not weighed myself for weeks!! the uniform was getting bit tight and the favourite trousers were cutting into my 'waist' but OMG I cant believe how much I've put on.
I know why - poor eating, pancakes, crumpets, all the sweet floury things I know that make me bloat and pile on the lbs - well no more!! I started today and I mean to continue Christmas nights out are only round the corner!!! x x

Well the summer is over and its time to get on with the Atkins instead of taking what was only meant to be a few days of not watching too carefully what I was eating!!!
And I feel awful too x x Tired, listless and generally run down x x
