Surprised to discover I lost nearly 2 pounds in the past 8 days, when my weekly average loss has been about half a pound a week over the past year.
Just remembered that this week, I have made a special point to eat a very large breakfast each morning - 3 egg omelet with 3 pieces of bacon, cheddar cheese, and green tomatillo salsa, plus a big glass of coffee with cream.
I have noticed that my appetite for the rest of the day is much lower. Guess this huge breakfast is also good for my metabolism, so I better go out and restock the bacon and eggs and cheese and cream and keep it up!
