I blew it this Sunday at a crab feast. I tried every type of food they had. But this is a new week... and hopefully I'll do better this time around.

I am down 1 pound from last week, which I believe can be mainly attributed to paying more attention to what I ate over the weekend. Weekends are always the worst for me.
