Looking to lose fat rather than just weight. High protein, low fat, low carb. Planned "free" meals and breaks from the rather stringent diet. I have goals set to raise caloric levels and increase food choices including moderate amounts of carbs once certain parameters have been met.
I have completed phase one of this plan once before (lost 116 lbs) but never moved on to the planned maintenance phase and have since regained all of the weight. A lot of planning and research have gone into this - ready to be my best self in all phases of life!
