Pentingnya tau Berapa BMR dan TDEE. Punya aku yang OR 1-2 kali per minggu diangka BMR : 1292kal TDEE : 1777 aku makan di angka 1300kal s/d 1500kal. Secara BB tdk banyak perubahan, yg buat aku yakin karena lipatan lipatan lemak makin menipis. #shapping
