I'd start with walking. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes. I don't think anything beats walking outdoors on a nice, sunny day! Also, you might try out YouTube videos - there are dozens for things like pilates, yoga, weight lifting, etc. I've been watching kayaking instructions, since that's something I'd like to get into. Just think about things you like to do and start there. You'll more likely stick with an exercise program if you enjoy the type of exercise.

It's not abnormal - everyone weighs more in the evening, that's why I weigh myself in the morning. If you drink those 8 glasses of water, that's probably 4 lbs right there!

Finally after a good year and a half of discipline and work....
GREAT JOB!!! Yeah, it would naturally take some time to lose 135 lbs - be proud for sticking with it for so long!
