I only have 2-3 super busy days a month in my line of business and today was one of them so ez Wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich, double bacon cheeseburger plain,and a small chili for dinner!!! About 1250 cals but so good! 😃

Two egg omelette with cheese on a protein wrap topped with pico de gallo! 274 cals!!! 😃

A few Arby’s have closed recently so my son & I figured we better go just Incase the rest close!!! 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, half a chicken club wrap, medium curly fries, and a bottle of water! About 1400 cals (but had a very sensible bkft & lunch so I stayed under 2200 cals and scale was still -1lb!!!
