Hello my name is Heather I am 21 years old.I live in Wisconsin Born and raised in Indiana. I have a 3 year old son named Anthony jr. I love him very much he is my world. I am engaged to be married to a wonderful man named Anthony. I work in a nursing home as a CNA but i plan on going back to school and furthering my career. I need help!!!!!
Lately i have found it really hard to stick to my diet. I think i am getting bored with it and that is very bad for me because i wont stick with it if i get bored. Also i need to loose 15 pounds in a month. All advice is appreciated

Starting weight
Click on weight history then off to the right side under where it says My Diet there should be a link that says change starting weight click on that and there you go. Congratulations on your success so far

bad day
fiber one pancakes are a good choice for breakfast low in calories and high in fiber filling too. And for lunch i have been doing the lean cuisine they are pretty cheap at most stores and are low in calories
