Oops there it is. It's also amazingly right on track. Since 1/3, I've eaten 11,700 less than what I had previously estimated as my average metabolism (2,714). So, 184.6 (on 1/3) minus 11,700/3,500 (or 3.35# loss) is 181.2 assuming same conditions.
Two things:
1. I'm tired of being back above 180, so no more failing parties.
2. I want to bump it up to 2.5# per week goal. I'm going to bump my deficit 200 cal to 1,514/day for two weeks and do a recheck. Of course always monitoring lbm.

Ugh not looking forward to tomorrow's weighin... ate a LOT of cannoli dip tonight and ham for dinner. Here's to Hoping it's not bad and that I can wait to it off. Going to HIIT it tomorrow to make up for my failures tonight.

I feel like yesterday went well. Ate exactly what I wanted to, and still got in a little exercise.. though not all as my 5 yo decided that she wanted to dance to Hand Clap on my mat... ha. Not concerned about the gain.. just water retention.
100 pushups
15 burpees
6 assisted pullups
Some other misc stuff on the pull up bar (abs, traps, etc)
