Downloaded free App. on smart phone. It is called, "Daily Ab Workout Free. I exersized for 5 min. There are 10 related workouts and each workout lasts 30 seconds. It's a start. :)

Day 3. Up at 6:20. Had two cups of bran flakes with a 1/4 cup of raisins.

Up at 6 a.m. Had a bowl of Bran Flakes and two eggs scrambles with chunks of ham for breakfast.
For lunch I ate approximately 18 Pizza Roles. Six pizza roles = 210 calories; they all equaled up to 620 calories.
At a small piece of chocolate for a snack this after noon.
For supper I fixed chicken stir fry for the family. Red, Orange, yellow bell peppers, a cup and a 1/2 of brocoli, baby corn, mushrooms and water chestnuts were included in the ingrediance along with rice. I also used some spices to help give the stir fry a better flavor for the kids.
