I finally weighed after a long break of not making the best choices. I haven’t gained anything, yay! But, I haven’t lost either. It is what it is. Getting back to what I know works today and we’ll see how it goes! I am noticing how tired I’ve been lately so I think on here, instead focusing on calories my focus should be on protein. I know I don’t get enough regularly.

What is your favorite form of exercise? Due to the heat, I’ve been swimming, but once it’s cooler, I love to roller skate! Anyone else?

I’m new here and so far liking this app! Is there a way to post a photo from my phone album? I can only see taking a photo and posting it right away, but not being able to access my album to share a photo. Is it possible?
