I am really hoping that I weigh under 130 at tomorrow's weigh in !
It would give me the incentive to keep going and try not to slip back into my 130's range
Eating pretty well...exercise class every other day and at least 7 hours of house cleaning ( my job ) should be burning the calories !

Oh no ! I did so well until my Lions Club meeting tonight...I was saving...did well most of the day ) but ate the dinner being served at meeting.
Baked chicken and green beans ok...even though probably not cooked diet friendly !
But I had bread and mashed potatoes.
And a piece of cake....
Mad at myself. After being on such a high from my weigh in yesterday...
All I can do is start again tomorrow !

Over 5 pounds lost the first week.!
Cravings for junk food subsiding...
Will try to stay closer to 500 calories for the next two weeks because I have more energy and seem to be getting better at functioning with so few calories.
I don't expect to lose as much this next week...am coming off many month of eating whatever I wanted.!!!
Still happy with what I have lost so far.

Really crappy eating habits today...too busy at work and starved until 3 when I ate half a bag of skinny pop and an Amy's meal for dinner...
Well, this will teach me to have my meals measured out and ready to go !
New day tomorrow and I'm on my way out to work out with personal trainer
