Last night's dinner i thought was really healthy until i logged it and noted the HIGH fat count. sooooooooo having a hard time lowering the fat intake and upping the protein. gotta stay away from the butter/olive oil as that's what's not helping. i do not eat a lot of carbs mostly vegetables and a meat so it could be a lot easier if i could just NOT use...anywho no weight loss as of yet but have been walking and have seen a drastic change in my stamina. i walk easier and faster and can even mount Metro's escalators without being too terribly winded. also i've noticed my body changing. i think i'm getting a little muscle. anywho...haven't weighed myself in a looooooong time. thought i'd wait to do that at the end of every week while i'm on fatsecret.

not too much to announce but i do feel/see change :)
