I used to dance when I was kid, started at the age of two. I stopped back in 2019. I was watching dancing with the stars, and realized what kept me in shape was dancing hard intense steps twice a week for an hour and a half. I lost myself these past 2 days and gained not much, a pound or two, but that impacts you and your thinning ways. I’m gonna eat healthier, and feel great to get my dancing back on. I lost myself and dance helped me find my “me time.”

Today is going a bit more harder than expected. I need to eat my meal plan that I made, I’m not sure why it’s getting harder. I need to stay focused and see the future and realize I’ll be at my goal weight soon.

I’ve been cause I can’t believe the scale. I’ll get back to the grind starting today. during the weekend I messed up the healthy eating. But I’m back. Gained 3 lbs but it’s okay. Keep grinding.

If anyone has a hard time drinking water (like me) I go through 3 of these a day (15 calories) but I get my 1 gallon of water down in my 1L water bottle. Life savers. I don’t usually have a hard time drinking water cause I love water, but here’s my secret.
