I use to be very active guy, playing football in my youth, unfortunately 4 years ago I had an accident which damaged two vertebrae on my lower back and from then I was fighting pain, depression and binge eating.
Fortunately a friend of mine handed me a book about lower back pain by Dr Stuart Mcgill and I can say that he saved my life, with patience and resilience I work on my trigger points .
By using Dr Mcgil book I star to learn new exercises to strengthen my core, basically to move optimum with minimum pain.
My goal is to be pain free and to loose 15-16 Kg, I am so determined to see myself leaner and stronger.
