Finally at that age where I need to take my health more seriously. After almost losing my life to covid, I'm on not only on a long-term weight maintenance journey but a journey to optimize my health as much as possible. I'm going on a plant-based diet for a bit to see if it helps me feel any better.

I have so many food allergies, gluten is one of them, as well as fish, milk, eggs, shellfish, as well lots of others so have to stay on a low histamine diet as well due to my autoimmune disorder.

I came about this site kind of by accident and I'm thrilled I did.

This past week, when I started before coming across this site, was 211 -
I'm now at 208.

Although when people see me, they say there's no way I weigh what I do as I have a medium build the fact is I carry a lot of muscle due to being a weight lifter/swimmer for many years.

Height 5'6

My goal weight is 150 pounds, although at that weight I did not feel healthy and felt weak all the time however I'm going to try and get there using a better diet.

I struggle with stress eating and or eating when I'm bored. I have physical limitations now due to long haulers (post covid) and need to work on getting my strength back up as most days I'm very fatigued.

This is going to be a journey for me, and rather than feel embarrassed about posting my weight online in a public matter, I'm going to embarrass this experience and give it my all and hope to make some new friends along the way.
