You are either developmentally delayed, impaired, or not an adult. You are trying to put down OTB. He has been busting his ass for 2 years. I'm proud of him. You call me a homo for this. And you think you hurt my feelings? A lowlife piece of trash can not hurt my feelings. Like I said, you will never have what I have. You are nothing to me. I imagine you mean nothing to anyone. You have a lot to work on. But I still think there is hope for you. You just have to want it. One day, you might find love.

Friday night was interesting. I stood up from the toilet and coughed for 20 seconds. Then, left sided chest tightness, submandibular tightness, and felt lightheaded. This lasted for 3 minutes. HR never got above 85.
I lay in bed, and it went away quickly. I had this odd feeling like time stopped. I thought to myself, "did I die"? I didn't feel my heart pumping in my chest and couldn't feel a carotid pulse. No, I didn't die, but my blood pressure must have gotten pretty low.
2hrs later, I got extreme rigors. I was shaking like I jumped into a lake in the winter. With this came horrible joint pain and some nausea. This lasted 4hrs until I could get out of bed.

My VO2 max isn't great, but my HR is finally showing that I do cardio. lol
