So I've definitely fallen off a bit.... Here's what's been going on with me.... I was doing really well, P90X'n it all the way, eating right. Then work got really really crazy. Lots of drama, overworking, then got fired. All that stress got the best of me. I got to eating ice cream (one of my super duper comfort food weaknesses) and wasn't exercising for about 1.5 weeks. So now I'm snapping out of it and ready to get right back on track. I knew I wasn't doing anything right, so I didn't bother keeping track. But I'm back now. Ready to still make the best of this summer and make my goals before its over and school starts. I'm ready to really get back, start from square 1, and BRING IT BIG TIME!!!! Luckily, I only gained a pound from all this madness, so now it's time to get down to 135 lbs by September! Here we go!!!

Okay, so I, at times, very seldom in truth, have friends that come to my house when stressed and in need. And that's when I get to cookin a storm, and bringing out all the home cooked comfort foods for all of us (including me) to enjoy. So, not to sound as though I'm making an excuse, I totally disregarded my fitness goals for two days. Not just did I over eat, but I ate horrible, unhealthy foods that I haven't eaten in AGES!!!! So I will get back on track, but with balancing my current high stress levels, I don't want to be too hard on myself for my sanity's sake. I need to be positive and look at how far I've come. Kicked but in school and worked hard at work and still lost 22 lbs in less than 3 months!!! I've been hitting the ground running, and now that, for the first time in my entire collegiate career, I actually don't have school this summer, I deserve a couple treats and breaks every now and then. But not all is lost, nor will I ever let myself go backwards. I'll make up for my "naughtiness" before the week is over, and hopefully still manage to lose a pound this week. Regardless, my P90X will be here shortly, and by Monday, it'll be GAME TIME to BRING IT BABY! By God's grace, I will stay healthy and on track for a stronger, leaner, better me!

So I didn't do so great on my dieting yesterday. I ate healthily, but I over ate and ate after I got off from work late at night, which is a big NO BUENO! I went slightly over 1200, didn't exercise, but worked my but off and walked in heels all day (havent done that in a while!). I must stick to the challenges if I really want to change my life for the better and get some real results! NO EATING AFTER 8:30 STEPH!!!! 1200 CALORIES MAX!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! THINK OF THAT BODY YOU WANT TO HAVE GIRL! IT'S WORTH WAITING TIL THE MORNING TO EAT!!!! DON'T CARE HOW HEALTHY IT IS! WATER ONLY, AND EXERCISE EVERY DAY! COME ONE STEPH! GET WITH THE PROGRAM! REMEMBER HOW GREAT YOU FEEL WHEN YOU DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND HOW GUILTY YOU FEEL WHEN YOU DON'T!!!! LET'S FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!! NOW!!!!! NOW!!!! NOW!!!!!
