I'm a little annoyed that my business involves me sitting on my ass all day. I wish there were a way to make the art mosaic process involve a little more movement. I have to build a stand for my exercise ball so I don't pop another one with broken glass... ha!

Looks like the other scale I used was off, and I actually lost 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Pretty good, considering my complete lack of exercise - though I finally made it out to do some hooping yesterday for about an hour and a half. Not exactly a serious workout by my standards but it was fun and I miss my hoop dancing! I already have spring fever and might go work on recreating my fire hoop today so it's all ready for the better weather. Too early? :-)
What I really need to do is go finish my owl coasters for my online shop: http://www.thegoodemu.etsy.com
Any other Etsy sellers on here?

Lost nothing in the past couple weeks due to a lack of exercise. Sharing a car is fucking annoying and it's eating up my time and freedom. BUT i went to The Greene Seminar again for a revisit to hypnotization, so as always i will be eating like a bird if i keep up on my CDs. :-5

When I was 21, I weighed 172lbs and didn't really notice much weight on myself. Then I shaved my head. HOO boy, Nothing like looking like an androgynous chubster to make you join a gym! I went healthy vegetarian, joined the gym, did The Greene Seminar (a FABULOUS hypnosis that I highly recommend if you are actually open to the concept and are very motivated for change, otherwise it won't work so don't bother) and lost weight like it was my job. I rewarded myself for weight loss with the clothing at the designer store I worked at that always carried clothes I could not fit into! I eventually had gone from an almost 36" waist to a LOOSE 28, and I was so proud. The hair started growing back and my cute spikey blond dreadlocks were adorable atop my exposed cheekbones and skinny little body at about 130 lbs - all in about 6 months!
I am 28 now and about 150 lbs. I still have some of those damned size 2 pants hanging around like ghosts of Parties Past and I want them to fit again! I am a vegan, but lack of time and money lead me to eat ramen and peanut butter and jelly all the time! I can jog in good weather and I walk the 2.5 miles to work and back every day that I can, but really, a gym is what gets me going, maybe because I lost so much weight last time I was dedicated and went to a gym. I have been missing exercise so much, I just need to not be a poor post-student so I can get a new gym membership! (HA!) Kick starting my "diet" (really I just stopped eating crap, period)as of new years is going great so far, I feel better already! I missed my fresh veggies!
