I am very proud of myself this evening. When I came home from work today I really did not feel like going to the gym. After some thought I said "NO MORE EXCUSES" and so I took my ass to the gym, and I had a great workout.

Back on track this week after no loss last week. Even though I had one bad night but hey it was my brothers birthday. In the past when I would have a bad day or two I would just give up but now I just put it behind me and keep moving forward.

I went to the gym today for the first time in about five years and it felt great. I used the elliptical machine for thirty minutes. Thanks to my buddy Rob and his constant harassment I finally went and now there has been a new fire lit under my ass.

I am so mad at myself for blowing it this week. The Memorial weekend turned out to be quite a challenge and I failed miserably. Well let me say it was a wake up call. I am re-dedicating myself and the month of June is going to be my best weight loss month yet.
