Had great workouts yesterday and today. I went five more minutes on the elliptical and man I am feeling it........:)

I only joined fatseceret this past April. I have actually been losing weight since February of 2008. So I am happy to say that as of today I have lost 100lbs total. YAAAHHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

I am glad I started going to the gym along with walking because it paid off this week. I had on slip this week and went to taco bell, so the fact that I lost the five pounds made me happy.

Had an awesome day today. In the morning I walked three miles and tonight I was on the elliptical for thirty minutes.
