This weigh in is actually a total of three weeks. I was out of work with a knee injury so I could not weigh myself because I use the scale at work. I guess I should by myself one...;)

Weigh-in: 422.0 lb

lost so far: 88.0 lb

still to go: 172.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I have not weighed myself because I really injured my knee and I use the scale at work> I have been out of work for a week and a half.

Hey there everyone...I have not been on in a while...I recently had a knee injury and it really brought me down because my weight loss and exercise were going so well...I kinda got down a little...me knee is still not good enough to begin working out again...but I am back on track with my diet...I will start weighing in again next week.

I am a little discouraged right now. Friday night I sprained my knee. I have not been able to workout and pretty much bed rid don. it is just screwing everything up. I was hoping for a good week this week, looks like that wont be happening now. Hopefully my knee will heel quickly and I can get back on track.....
