My average day starts at 4am and I am on the road for about 1.5 hours to arrive at the police training academy where I am an instructor. I work 4 10 hour shifts and I get to work out approx. 1 hour each day during my lunch break. I try to eat healthy but I can't seem to lose the weight around my mid section. I do lift heavy weights though (1100lbs between my bench, squats and deadlifts) but I do cardio as well. I want to get down to 200lbs :)
