I’m done feeling broken and trying to change who I am
I hate to cook and that doesn’t mean I’m less of a woman. So I’ll buy and arrange food as I like
I hate exercise because I was taught wrong. Always by coaches and trainers that told me I wasn’t trying hard enough unless I pushed it until I puked. So I’ll focus on movement. Gardening, chores, walking, etc
I’m not a morning person. I’ve hated the morning hours and loved the late night since I was a toddler. So I’ll sleep from 1-9 because that’s what my body wants
I’m trying to live as me!
