Started the FastDiet today, with 4:3.
This means I'm going to fast on 3 separate days per week i.e. 500C and eat 2000C of whatever I want each day for the other 4 days.
I'm starting my first fast day today!
230lb today and BS on Sunday had gone back up to 7.2 after a previous perfect week on my calorie controlled diet eating no crap and lots of healthy stuff within my 1200 calorie restriction.
Although I lost 2lb this week I dont like my BS going back up, need to try something different. Just watched Horizons programm on intermittent fasting and convinced I should at least try this.
