With the exception of one bad night, I did very well on my diet this week and exercised regularly. I've been warm blooded meat free for more than a week now, which is great.

With the exception of Thursday night, I have eaten exactly as planned.
I started the week with 20 minutes on the treadmill, but upped it to 30 minutes the next day. On Saturday, I set the average speed .5 mile faster than usual to get a better workout.
