OK - it's true. I tried to fight it - but writing everything down that goes in your mouth really works. The first couple of days I realized where I was going wrong - my biggest weakness is the end of the day - and without writing it down and knowing how many "points" I have left I could easily shovel in 15 or 20 points between getting home from work and bedtime! YIKES!
