Yay Me! I'm feeling great, it's pretty amazing what happens when you just eat cleaner and move more. It doesn't take much to make big changes, you just have to have the motivation and determination to do what's right even when your tempted with an unhealthy choice. I'm pretty sure that's where my biggest problem lies, but I'm working hard to change everything so that those temptations won't be temptations any more.

What a great way to start my week! Yay Me!
Day One
Will need to make sure to get up and move more to make sure that I get in my 10000 steps today. Food intake won't be an issue today, packed lots of fresh fruits and veggies to keep me focused on the task at hand.
