Hey guys haven't posted in a few days, hows everyone doing?! Did 3 days at the gym this week and I am soo SORE. But its a good sore I feel stronger and more flexible since I started going. I take the strong classes taught by the personal trainers and they are amazing! Every week its a different workout so you don't get bored and you burn like 700-1000 calories in an hour! Pretty proud of myself that Ive continued to stick with it.✔💯💪🏻

Been going to gym, doing something active everyday even if I can't get to gym. Trying to stay at 1100-1300 calories. Im feeling alot of muscle in my legs they are solid now. But that damm weight will not drop. Its so discouraging when u wait a week to weigh yourself, think your doing good, but no change...😞😤
I just have to keep on with it. No giving up for me. Planned most of my meals out this week and keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻

EXERCISES!💪🏻👍🏻
Hey guys so I found this great exercise routine online for the days I cant get to gym but still want to get my exercises in for the day. Its simple and informational and each exercise they show an animated picture so you know the correct form (which is very helpful for someone like me who isnt very knowledgeable when it comes to different exercises.) So I thought i would share the link for you im case any of you wanted to check them out!
I just did mine a few mins ago and I really work up a sweat and get my heart rate going which is all I could ask for.
For weights to incorporate into the exercises I use 4lb. weights but use whatever you are comfortable with or dont use any, totally up to you guys!
I hope some of you find this helpful like I did!
