I feel bad I just eat a tamale with cheese, I wanted it so bad to eat something bad, although I have been very good this whole week. Oh well, I'll just eat less the rest of the day and will have a very light dinner. I need strenght and lots of it.

Today I feel good, with energy to keep my excercise. I feel that I'm losing weight, I wish I could lose five pounds per week, that would be my dream come true. I should be losing like that, I'm only eating 800 calories per day somtimes a little bit more. I need strenght to keep it up.

Im very dissapointed. I just lost 1 pound in two weeks, it's very hard when you know that you been working out, I must admit that I eat a couple of things that I shouldn't have, but, anyways I have to get up and keep going with this diet until I'm a healthy person under 130 pounds.

Today is Friday, the week is almost over, hoping to lose a least four pounds per week. I'm trying my best excersing four times a week, eating good and healthy. It's a challenge everyday, I have to take day by day, I no other choice.
