Woohoo!!! I finally got over my slump! I think that has by far the hardest to get over. I decided instead of keeping on like I had been or making any changes, to just take a few days off and then go back to exercising. I think that was what my body needed was a lil down time. I didn't go on any crazy food binge or anything but I did enjoy a good homemade juicy hamburger and a piece of my sons birthday cake. I did feel a lil guilty when eating the cake but I deserved it after working so hard. Now even though that cake is still sitting in my fridge, I am not tempted to eat it. I am getting better with that. If I allow myself a lil bit of something every now and then I don't go as crazy with the cravings. Some days are harder than others especially when I am stressed out but it is getting easier. I can't wait till this weekend though! Me and my husband are going on a date night, which is rare with our time schedules, but we are going to of all places the fair. I get the new enjoyment of going and buying something nice to wear instead of being depressed because nothing fits. I know that there are going to a lot of temptations there but it's ok because I am going to enjoy those temptations but hopefully with as much walking as we will be doing it won't be too bad on me. Besides the fair only comes once a year and for the first time in a long time I can ride the rides because I can fit in them!!! I am also making sure that I am being extra good this week so I can relax more this weekend. I am especially excited because I get to watch my son march with his ROTC group in the parade before we go to the fair. That will be about 3hours worth of standing at the parade with about 8hours of walking around at the fair so I will get a lil something in with my day;)

I am still REALLY aggravated!!!! I am still stuck in the 170's! I only want to get to about 160 to 165 so I don't have that much more to go but I can't seem to get there. This has been the hardest and longest plateau that I have hit. I am doing my best to watch what I eat and I can't exercise anymore because it's getting on the edge of exhausting. I so wanted to be at my final goal by the next few weeks but it's just not going to happen I don't think. I especially wanted to get there because the holidays are coming up and I wanted that extra room so if I gained any over the holiday I would have a little wiggle room. I am going to try and not gain anything over the holidays but we all know that it is really hard to during this time of the year. Doeas anyone have any suggestions on getting over this hurdle? I am open to suggestions and I having been trying change up my exercise routine but I am stuck here.
