Want to measure tonight and see how I am doing in that area. Will probably weigh in again on Sunday. Will hopefully get a better scale to make sure it is accurate. But I don't feel like I have put any weight on. :) Thanks to Prycena, Thermal and PNT200 and having energy to walk 3-5 times a week.

Well, I had been doing so good since I started back in May and walking 5 times a week and than last week it hit. I let what was going on in my personal life take over and keep me from seeing my goal come true. So I decided today that I am worth it and that I felt better when I walked that starting tomorrow I am back to walking either outside or if no one is available to walk with me that I will walk on my treadmill downstairs. I still want to fit into a size large clothes. I am going to do this and we are going to rock and roll!!!! :)
