Kind of bummed about the weight but I think it is mostly water retention. But getting back on the horse. I will make it!!!!!

Walked on treadmill
for over 25 minutes at 1.5 incline and went .813 miles. Wanted to do a mile, but no go. I will work my up to it on the treadmill even though I walk around the neighborhood over a mile.
So I am going to weigh in the morning and see if I have messed up terribly. Will post in the am before walking hopefully with Jean and Kathy in the pm.

For the past two weeks been wishy washy as far as walking. Been busy with call outs so that has interfered with walking which got me down, but the upside most of the call outs ended good and we got missing or injured people back to where they needed to be.
So my friend and I walked today and we felt awesome afterwards. :)
I got up this morning at 07:30 took Prycena, Thermal and PNT and than took darks down and some whites and put the darks in washer and than came up and jumped in the shower got out and unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher and than vacummed tired of all the stuff on the floor. Than watched my DVR'd recording of the opening Olympics.
Friend came over and we walked over a mile!!! Over 3,000 steps. which is farther than we have gone before.
After we got done walking she left and than had some leftovers from dinner last night.
Feeling like going and laying down a bit. But still feeling good about getting up and walking.

Well this morning I got up and put a load of laundry in washer for when hubby gets home from work he can throw his stuff in and have a load and than I unloaded the dishwasher all before getting ready for work. Felt quite accomplished for the day.
Weighed myself this morning and I am not sure if I should trust my scale because it said I was 240 which I am excited about but don't know if it is true or not. I have walked twice this week so far and am hoping to do treadmill tonight and tomorrow night after work and than Friday walking with Jean in morning. :)
Well, I will write more later.
I did take my thermal action and PNT this morning. :)
